Refund Policy

1. General

blueprintTRAIN subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. Except as expressly provided below, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused portions of a subscription, or features you choose not to use. This Refund Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used here have the meanings given in the Terms.

We try hard to make our pricing predictable and our cancellation flow simple. If something isn’t working for you, the fastest path to a fair outcome is almost always to email us directly at support@structuredworks.app.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want coaches to feel good about their decision to use blueprintTRAIN. If you are a first-time subscriber and you are not satisfied with the platform, you may request a full refund of your first subscription charge within seven (7) days of that charge, no questions asked. To request a refund under this guarantee, email support@structuredworks.app from the email address on your account.

The 7-day guarantee applies only to the first subscription charge associated with an account and does not apply to renewal charges, additional seats, or add-on purchases.

3. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, until you cancel. We will use the payment method on file for renewals. You can review your next renewal date and the amount that will be charged at any time on the Settings → Billing page.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access to paid features until then, and you will not be charged again. We do not pro-rate partial periods. If you change your mind, you can re-subscribe at any time.

5. Refunds Outside the 7-Day Window

After the 7-day window has passed, subscription charges are generally non-refundable. We may, in our sole discretion, issue a pro-rated or full refund in unusual situations such as a documented platform outage that materially prevented you from using the Service for a substantial portion of the billing period, a duplicate charge, or a billing error attributable to us. These exceptions are evaluated case by case; emailing support is the right starting point.

6. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry over a few days. If we cannot collect payment, your subscription will be suspended and paid features will be unavailable until you update your payment method. Your data is retained per our Privacy Policy while you decide what to do.

7. Coach-to-Client Billing

blueprintTRAIN does not currently process payments between coaches and their clients. Any fees a coach charges a client for coaching services are arranged and collected outside the Service, and blueprintTRAIN is not a party to that transaction. Refund requests for coaching services that you paid your coach directly must be taken up with that coach. If we add coach-to-client billing in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

8. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or that you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact us first at support@structuredworks.app. We typically respond within two business days and do our best to resolve billing issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us makes that process much harder for both of us, so please reach out first.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@structuredworks.app from the email address on your account. Include:

  • Your account email
  • The approximate date of the charge
  • The amount
  • A short note on why you are requesting a refund

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

10. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law, including consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
