Welcome to blueprint TRAIN (“Service”), operated by Structured Works LLC (“Company”). By accessing or using our platform at blueprinttrain.app, our mobile applications, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
blueprint TRAIN is a discipline coaching platform that provides tools for fitness coaches (“Coaches”) and their clients (“Clients”) including:
- Workout programming, assignment, and tracking
- Nutrition plan creation and monitoring
- Discipline score tracking and analytics
- In-app messaging between coaches and clients
- Check-in and habit tracking
- Community features
- Coach marketplace directory
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create a Coach account. Client accounts may be created by individuals 16 years or older with appropriate consent.
4. Coach Accounts
4.1 Subscription Plans
Coaches may access the Service through various subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise) with different features and client limits. Pricing is as displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
4.2 Client Management
Coaches are responsible for inviting and managing their clients on the platform. Coaches agree to maintain professional standards in their coaching relationships and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding fitness coaching in their jurisdiction.
4.3 Billing and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Coaches who use the platform to bill clients agree to a platform fee as specified in their account settings.
5. Client Accounts
Client accounts are created through coach invitations. The blueprint TRAIN mobile app is free for clients. Clients may be charged separately by their coach for coaching services — such arrangements are between the coach and client.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use the Service to provide medical advice (the Service is for fitness coaching only)
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Service
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Structured Works LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Workout templates, nutrition plans, and other content you create remain your intellectual property, but you grant us a license to host and display this content within the Service.
8. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
blueprint TRAIN is a coaching management tool, not a medical service. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should consult with qualified healthcare professionals before beginning any fitness or nutrition program. Coaches are responsible for ensuring their programming is appropriate for their clients’ fitness levels and health conditions.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Structured Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Structured Works LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
